deferred paper mail

Is anyone aware of a service that allows one to deposit a piece of mail and have it sent on a certain date?

Ideally I would send a PDF, then when the message is sent, I would get the registered mail receipt with a printed copy of the PDF attached. The idea would be that, if I sign up with an unscrupulous autorenewing service like a Chase credit card with a deferred annual fee, I can arrange in advance to cancel the service in a documented way.
