On the Republican Presidential candidates who either have a chance of winning or are interesting

Romney is a psychopath: his personal ambition is all that matters. He has no sense of the duty of office. When he was employed here in MA, he did not do his job as Governor, but rather spent nearly all his time away campaigning and speaking ill of his constituents. What do you think he will do as President?

Huckabee openly and honestly thinks the Constitution should be amended to create a theocracy. I respect his honesty and sense of humor and I am very glad he has no chance of winning.

McCain may have good intentions, but he's a coward. I don't know how it happened between his military service and internment and when he voted for the torture bill, but at some point the poor guy's backbone was surgically extracted. I don't know how he manages to stand up and walk; there must be a system of pulleys.

Giuliani is an infant. Well, a twelve-year-old boy. I know: I've been there. He genuinely and honestly thinks that the solution to all problems is for him, personally, to have more power. Pass.

Paul talks a good libertarian line, but quietly he's as much of a Dominionist loon as Huckabee, and consorts with white supremacists besides. As with Huckabee, he's good to have on the sidelines but it's also good he's not going further.

Given the rest of the options, maybe I can accept the coward; at least, if he managed to defeat Senator Clinton, he would be ineffectual in office.
